Loaded Thought.

These two days were okay I guess. At least during lectures I had friends to sit with. Except IEF, of course.

Some thoughts went through my head, and got me really messed up. Thankfully I was able to sort out my thoughts after I went to this place and just talked to myself and prayed about it. Turns out I have a lot of uncollected thoughts.

I suppose if I want to get what I want, one of the things I'd need is dogged determination. Yes, when GOD is with me, if I know how to use the gift that HE has given me, couple it with HIS power, nothing is impossible!

Spoken Word.

Tired, but fulfilling.

Did the going trip for busing, and though the NC didn't manage to come, it was still a great trip. Had a wonderful service with Rev Dr Kim, who taught about the 4 things GOD dislikes.

Went to mac with CG for lunch, and came back to expo to help out with the CCH's shifting to hall 8. Though we literally lacked MANpower, I was great fun serving alongside the folks there! Somehow I'd rather be there, than elsewhere partying or doing other fun stuff! What's the tiredness of the flesh compared to such a fulfilling time emotionally and spiritually?

Left expo at 6:40pm and rushed over for tuition. No time for dinner, and was late half hour. So ended tuition at 9:30pm.

Then came back, had dinner, and after that felt somewhat down, probably also from all the tiredness. But went to take a shower, and prayed while at it. What's powerful is what GOD spoke to me even then, and made me realise just how much I really needed HIM all the time! Immediately after I felt so much better already! Praise be to the most high GOD!

So I didn't nothing after that, except listening to "Abundant Life Church - Be Glorified" on repeat.

Tomorrow will be great too, because today it is!

Adaptive Power.

Friday was good! Visited with an SOT helper and it really felt like being a VL! (Y) GOD even showed HIMSELF strong when it rained! I prayed for the rain to stop, but it didn't. GOD instead made the rain into a drizzle whenever we wanted to move on to another house! GOD is definitely great!

Coughed quite a bit though, and ended up almost losing my voice.

Today was even better! Today's busing must be the most fulfilling one I've done in months. The going trip was rather smooth-sailing, and the service itself was great too. Got bibles for some of the kids.

On the return trip, I felt GOD spoke to me to pray for the kids, since they are all having exams. So I led the kids in a prayer, and I think it was great! I felt that GOD has placed in me a burden to raise up a generation of GOD-fearing and GOD-loving kids! Yes that is just what we need in this time and age. Then it rained heavily, and I prayed for the rain to stop. It didn't really stop, just got a little smaller. Had shelter all the way to AMK hub, and got some bread and took a bus to expo for 4-6. GOD granted me my heart's desire, cos by the time I reached expo, the rain stopped! And hence I was able to cross the road to expo without getting wet. That was what was in my heart when I prayed for the rain to stop!

4-6 was fun, and I really enjoyed serving. Waited for the leaders to be done with discipleship with GG, and went for dinner after that. How I wish I'm a leader already, so that I can enjoy learning from the discipleship too!

I realised that I've learnt a lot of things this past 2 weeks. GOD really showed me a lot of things, and now I've just gotta work towards it. (:

Tomorrow will be just as good, if not better!

Substantial Faith.

Oh it's a rather fun day today! Went to school for IS class, Intro to Financial Planning (IFP). Lecturer was very negative about life's stuff, but overall, he's still a nice guy. Some familiar faces in my class too! Yeah.

Bused home, rested a while, and went visiting again! :D Yup fun as usual! Then rushed home for dinner, and went for CG.

Learnt about faith today, and how during trials and temptations, we resist them, and it produces in us patience, perseverance, character and hope. YES! As long as I wait upon GOD and trust HIM, the desire of my heart will come to pass!

Then arose a tricky situation today. Just as I had taught the kids about the lesson for this week;

1 Kings 3:9

Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. For who is able to judge this great people of Yours?"

So I shall pray and ask GOD to help me discern the right choice! It's been a while, but continuing to experience GOD has never been disappointing. Just the opposite! Tomorrow will be great! :D

Earth's Heaven.

Wow haven't blogged for a while. Few days?

Went for morning prayer meeting, and since there was 3 hours till lesson, I took 147 back to hougang and took 74 to school. Slept throughout the journey, but still it didn't give me much rest.

Marketing lecture was, okay. Though the lecturer sure was a naggy one. Went home, and after a while, went for visitation! (Y) This must be the highlight of the week! :D

Visited lots of adorable kids and had a great time. I'd love to visit there again! But of course there's other reasons to make me happy.

So I'm prolly going to sleep soon, cos class starts at 8am tomorrow so I'd miss prayer meeting for tomorrow. But I still have to wake up just as early. Oh well.

Oh and GOD is wonderful. During visitation, the kids' parents/maids served us plain water, and only until after 6pm did families start serving us flavoured drinks. Why is this wonderful? Cos my fasting is from 6am to 6pm! WOW GOD is good!

Sword Edge.

Well, it's the first day of the new semester!

Went for prayer meeting in the morning, and reached school at around 9:10am. Headed over to the library and slept for an hour+ before going for BCOMM2 at 11am. At least the tutor is a nice lady who isn't that fierce.

Slacked for an hour, and had IEF lecture after that. Yes, it's KPT, the one and only lecturer and tutor for this module. Hence a demanding lecturer/tutor for a demanding module. It's a really big challenge to get an AD for this module, but I just love it! I don't know why, but I think I enjoy and thrive on challenges!

Headed home after that, and went for tuition in the evening. Spent the rest of the night analysing IEF's first topic, and it really is nothing less than challenging. (Y)

Tomorrow should be just as good, if not better!

Roller Coaster-ing.

It's Sunday! Did Sunday Bus today, and GOD is so good because both the going and return trips were done super quickly! So I could go down to parkway to meet the rest of the zone really quick!

Took the circle line and a bus there, and met them at NYNY. But since I vomited during the morning, I didn't have much of an appetite. So I ordered chocolate ice cream waffle, and gave half to my friend. Now then I realise I shouldn't have ate that ice cream either.

Tuition was once again canceled last minute. This is so going to affect my income stream at this rate. Oh well, I really have to trust GOD for this.

Once again, this week is a church-wide week of prayer! So I'll go for morning prayer every morning, except Thursday cos of the much hated IS class which starts at 8am. =.= I was only thinking to go for 2 days, but GOD spoke to me, and told me that if I wasn't even willing to seek HIM first, why would HE grant me the desires of my heart? Hence, I decided to go, and I know it'll be wonderful! (:

School starts tomorrow. I'm sort of excited to go back to school, since it'll be the start of working my brains again. It's time to get busy! I really pray that my health will sustain itself while a new semester starts!

Progressive Regression.

Oh it's been one tiring saturday, but it's fun!

Went for our zone's Extreme Makeover for the old folks and though it was hard and tiring work, it was all worth it that the old folks could be blessed! GOD is good once again with the provision of logistics and the smooth execution of the entire event! (:

Rushed home, showered, and headed over to Expo for the 4-6 service! Wow 2nd time serving at 4-6 years old and it's really lots of fun! Had fellowship and dinner with some of the people after that.

I felt really happy deep down, because I know GOD is especially good on some stuff! Hey GOD's never stingy with HIS blessings! Pray for an even more enjoyable day tomorrow!

Beat The Clock.

I don't feel like writing anything today. Cos I feel I'm so screwed up now. I need to figure this out fast, and I don't have my whole life to do that. Darn.

Wednesday, April 14, 2010

Warm Up.

Yeah! Finally well enough to get back to doing stuff again! :D

Went to Riverwalk in the afternoon to discuss about logistics for this Saturday's retention programme, and then went with two others to buy the stuff.

Headed over to Bedok after that for visitation with Aizhen. Had a fun time!

Tomorrow's more visitation again, and CGM :D Can't wait!

Finished?,

Oh man today is games day. I must be nuts. Completed ALL of the RA3 missions again, in HARD difficulty! Wah.. that's 24 missions in 2 days. Same time I took to complete them in EASY even though it's really a lot harder. AND I've gotten Kenpachi in my Bleach game to max level too!

Went to teach tuition today, and thankfully I didn't cycle cos it rained so heavily on the way back. Walked instead and brought along my HUGE umbrella. Quite fun to walk in the heavy rain. :D

Tomorrow there's some stuff to do, but hopefully I can come back soon. I still don't feel like I'm in a condition to stay out for very long. I really don't want a relapse of my sickness again. :/

You've got me stuck in between.

Road to Recovery.

I feel so much better today, though last night I had a series of nightmares, one of which even made my heart hurt a lot. Strange that it felt so real.

Well I guess I didn't do much today, just resting and lazing around. Haven't been out of house for a while. And I just completed Allies' missions on hard mode. 20 min timer mission completed. YES! Now I can finally prepare to sleep. Maybe that's the disaster to my sleep. I shall make a cup of warm condensed milk to drink before sleeping.

Tomorrow will be good! Tomorrow I'll be well! (:

Touched.

Heys I'm all better today! :D

Well, I missed service cos I wasn't well enough to get out of bed and move around. End up watching service 4 on the web instead. My first time! Haha I haven't missed service mostly I guess.

But!! Today something touched me greatly! Terence, my ministry friend came over to my house to visit me! WOW! Eh I've never had someone come visit me while I was sick before. He brought me fish porridge, and some herbal tea from my VL! Wah it's heartwarming to know I have such caring friends! So he stayed and chat with me for a while.

Later on then I found out from my sis that the fish porridge and tea I had yesterday, was also bought by them and they asked my sis to bring home for me while keeping a secret! Gosh I didn't even realise.

So thanks lots Terence and Ying Hui!! :D Reminds me why I'd totally go all out for people like them!

Cancelled tuition today to rest at home, and now I'm much better already. After more water and more rest, I should be back in good shape by tomorrow night! YES! I can't wait to go for visitations! It's been few days too long that I've not seen my kids! (Y)

School's starting soon, I really just wanna do my best and get the grades I've always want to. GOD has yet to let me down, and HE'll never either, cos I can depend on HIM in ALL situations!

Decommissioned.

Yupp I'm officially out. I could barely keep myself up straight the whole day! I'm either lying in bed, or reclining on a reclining chair =.=

I wonder if I can attend service tomorrow, at the rate that I'm recovering now. I just vomited and I feel like vomiting again. What a sick feeling! And I missed egg hunt today!! ): I just hope I'll get well soon!

Compass-like.

Visited old folks at their house in the morning, in preparation for next week's Easter retention programme! Wow it's an eye-opener indeed, seeing their lives and their homes. Even their behaviour and thinking is interesting.

Then visited kids in the afternoon! The kids are super adorable and pretty! Then there was this kid whom I played cars with. Had so much fun, I just love being with kids!

CGM was great too, and indeed GOD has yet shown once again that HE is always there to direct us!

I really hope to get well soon, if not tomorrow, then by Saturday morning, cos I want to do busing and go to 4-6 yrs old to be with the kiddies! :D

You are essentially a part of me, deep down I know.

Forced Progression.

Today has been .. hmm...

Ivan asked me to go watch a movie with a few others, and after he and Grace asked, I decided to go. Watched Clash of the Titans, and I thought it was actually quite a nice movie! (:

Glordia came along too, and after the movie, we went to have ice cream. Delicious. Parted ways and went to walk around PS with Glordia for a while since I was too early for tuition, and learnt quite a bit of stuff from her.

So today I realised, perhaps GOD wants to speed up my learning progress, and push me into the next stage. Maybe cos time is running out. Many things are running through my mind, my heart yet I don't know what to make of it. All I know is that I need to go where I'm supposed to and whether those things are part of it, I have no idea. I just have to trust.

All this while, I haven't actually been moving forward. I'm just running in circles at this same stage. The key to moving to the next stage, is to pass my own thinking. Wow.

I sense it from my heart, you know?

Monday, April 5, 2010

Happy. Not.

Hoho I didn't do anything at all today. Nothing except playing RA3. Finished all the missions for Soviets, Allies and Empire all in 2 days. Yeah!

Still, doesn't really make me all that happy. Something's not right, and perhaps I know, but I just don't know what to do about it. Even my brain is working way faster than for my typing fingers to keep up.

This week will be quite the uneventful week, as opposed to the last few. All of a sudden, I just felt like I'm going to implode on myself again. Yes, implode is a very suitable word now, and quite accurate for that matter. Oh dear..

I'm sure you know, so why don't you tell me?..

Beaten down, yet undefeated.

Oh finally it's all over! Time for a good rest. Played lots of Red Alert 3 today.

I can't believe it but all the busy-ness is over. Though there are things which I've yet figure out how to resolve, at least I can get a good night's rest now. 2+am already. I hope I won't be sleepless again but it wouldn't surprise me if I were.

Perhaps we both knew.

Limits.

Today's busing wasn't all that smooth-sailing. So let's not go into details, and I'm just glad tomorrow is the last day before I get some rest.

Went back to Expo after busing to attend service cos a friend is coming for Easter. Unfortunately she decided to come tomorrow after seeing the long queue. So ends up I went to serve at the 4-6 yrs old service for my first time! I thought it was really fun seeing all the cute kids! Kids that young are just seriously lovable and adorable!

Had late dinner with CCH folks, and had a great dinner. It's always nice to be around people I'm comfortable with.

Right now, either I made a mess out of life, or life made a mess out of me. Where's my resolve eh?

Just thinking of you suffocates me. What's that encompassing feeling?

Friday, April 2, 2010

Stretched.

I'll have to admit, this week has been really stretching my limits in every aspect. 2 more days. Just 2 more days till this week ends.

Transport today was good, since mostly were all my kids too.

Maybe it's just me. Afterall, if those who hold more power think it's all okay, then why should I bother? Yes, if I do bother, it'll eventually cause me to cave in anyway. Everyone just wants a piece of me, how do I put it..

Is this my limit already? Then maybe I'm not exactly what I think I will be.

If you see something you really like, how do you convince yourself otherwise, and fool your own emotions?

A challenge. What moves me.

Yes I had better be sleeping soon, but I do realise I'm getting more awake.

Just finished preparing for tomorrow's transport. Even though we multiplied into 2 buses, it seems we'll still hit the capacity limit of both 40-seaters. Hmm, good problem. And yes, I'm well prepared for anything that may go wrong, GOD forbid! :D

CCH's first easter service for this year went great. I was cheerleader IC for my section, and quiet watcher too! Wow what an interesting though tiring experience! Centre bus was easy to do too, compared to even my usual AMK bus, much less my big-day AMK buses! And yes, prayer definitely helps everything run smoothly!

I'm sure the kids will enjoy themselves tomorrow. And if I know myself well enough, what isn't a challenge, isn't fun doing. Not that usually it isn't fun, but tomorrow will be extra fun! Haha!

Well, today was so busy and tiring that I hadn't much time for my emotions to run me over, so, great! Though its presence was lingering, I was at least able to hold it away for a good while.

It's the feeling of electricity running through me.
